The productivity of mungbean is still low because of the lack of cultivation technology implementation. Mungbean is commonly planted in the paddy field during the dry season. The aim of the study was to provide information about the improvement of mungbean cultivation technology including its economic analysis. The study was conducted in Nambak village, Bungkal district, Ponorogo District, East Java. Data were collected based on literature study and field study. Data were described and quantitatively analyzed. The analysis of financial feasibility and the analysis of technology alteration feasibility were used to calculate the increasing of farmer’s income. The results showed that appropriate improvement of cultivation technology could increase plant productivity up to 47% (0,37 t/ha) and farmer’s income up to IDR 4,070,000.00.
