Sebelas Maret University campus has a high diversity of plants, but its potential has not been studied. The aim of this study was to obtain information on the plant diversity on Kentingan Campus, Sebelas Maret University that has potential as medicinal plants, especially for anti-cancer. The data of tree is based on previous research by census method, while the analysis of medical potential based on the literature study. Results of previous studies showed that of 96 species from 33 families that were identified on Kentingan Campus, 63% of which were medicinal plants with a variety properties such as antidiarrheal, antibacterial, antimalarial, antihypertensives, antiasthma, antidiabetic and anticancer. Nine species of trees has potential as an anticancer, namely soursop (Annona muricata), mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana) and jatropha (Jatropa curcas), carambola fruit (Averrhoa carambola), jackfruit (Artrocarpus heterophyllus), walnut (Canarium indicum), mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana), mango (Mangifera indica), noni (Morinda citrifolia), coffee (Coffea sp.), mundu (Garcinia dulcis), and gnetum (Gnetum gnemon).
