Lamiace is one of the plants that have a role in traditional medicine. Some species used as medicine due to its volatile oil constituents. The exploration to collect potential of Lamiaceae as a medicinal plant at Medicinal Plant Collection of Cibodas Botanic Garden needs to be conducted to determine the diversity and benefits of every species. This data can also be used in environmental education activities. The study was conducted between February and March 2015 in Medicinal Plant Collection of Cibodas Botanical Garden which belongs to Vak IX A area. The results showed that there were 10 species of Lamiaceae that had some potential for medicinal use, namely: Lavandula angustifolia, Mentha arvensis, Mentha piperita, Orthosiphon aristatus, Plectranthus scutellarioides, Pogostemon cablin, Rosmarinus officinalis, Rotheca serrata, Scutellaria discolor, and Scutellaria javanica. Commonly used species for the treatment was Orthosiphon aristatus, Plectranthus scutellarioides, Scutellaria javanica, and Scutellaria discolor.
