Abstract. Firman EN, Kaskoyo H, Herwanti S, Bakri S. 2023. Identification of tourism attraction at Way Belerang In Kalianda Sub-district, South Lampung, Indonesia. Pros Sem Nas Masy Biodiv Indon 9: 75-79. Way Sulerang is a hot spring tourist attraction in Way Belerang Village, Kalianda sub-district, South Lampung, Lampung Province, Indonesia. The existence of geothermal energy is one of the rare potentials and is the source of these hot springs. Utilizing these geothermal resources is expected to contribute to local revenue (PAD), improve people's welfare, and be used as tourist sites. This study aims to identify tourist objects and attractions as an initial stage in tourism development. The study was conducted in January 2023 and used a qualitative descriptive method. The study indicates that Way Belerang Tourism has a tourist attraction, a hot spring pool for relaxation and therapy. Tour activities while visiting Way Belerang are soaking in hot springs believed to cure skin diseases, swimming in freshwater pools for children, and enjoying the breathtaking scenery. Supporting facilities include photo spots, pavilions, food stalls, prayer rooms, toilets, and parking lots, but limited land area causes the need for better arrangements to attract visitors. Managers must improve facilities in toilets that are no longer suitable and sufficient places for ablution to provide comfort to visiting tourists.
