There were 100 species of Garcinia spread in Indonesia. Most of Garcinia is scattered and grown in the lowlands and only a few of Garcinia grow in the highland (montane). It was recorded, about onefifth of the total of Garcinia in Indonesia is montane Garcinia. The aim of this study was to determine the morphological and anatomical characteristics of montane Garcinia spp. collection leaves in Cibodas Botanical Garden (CBG). The research method used was a direct observation in field, laboratory observation, and study of literature. The results of research showed there were ten species of Garcinia of CBG collections observed from exploration activities in Indonesia. The species were G. beccarii, G. burkillii, G. celebica, G. dulcis, G. havilandii, G. horsfieldiana, G. lateriflora, G. latissima, G. mangostana and G. rostrata. The morphological and anatomical characteristics of Garcinia leaves were different in each other. The morphological character was different on circumscription, morphometry and internal architecture of leaves and had the paracytic and anomocytic stomata types.
