Abstract
Trizelia, Sulyanti E, Poppy Suspalana P. 2018. Virulence of several Metarhiziumspp. isolates on green bug (Nezara viridula) (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae).Pros Sem Nas Masy Biodiv Indon 4: 266-269.Metarhiziumspp is an entomopathogenic fungus which has potentially used as natural control of green bug (Nezara viridula). The purpose of this study was to obtainentomopathogenic fungi isolates which are virulent against Nezara viridula. This study used completely randomized design (CRD).Four isolates of Metarhiziumeach 108conidia/mLwere used in this experiment.Parameters observed were nymph mortality, percentage of adult formed, and number of eggs produced. The results showed that isolate Met3b from scallionrhizosphere had the highest virulence causing 100% mortality of N. viridulanymph and with an LT50of 6.03 days. The application of the Metarhiziumspp on N. viridulanymphs can also inhibit adultformation and reduce the number of eggs produced
